The Sweet Spot

49 x 30 x 4 acrylic on wood panel.

Poppies with echinacea and monarch butterflies. This is about transition, being on the cusp of change, like the days when summer teeters towards Fall. When the green in the trees shifts ever so slightly towards orange, and even though fall is in the air, flowers are blooming and butterflies and hummingbirds flit amongst them.
