We have an enormous capacity to experience and feel. There is beauty and purpose in allowing ourselves to experience and feel without judgment and without attempting to control or direct. We are complex beings, capable of love and fear, peace and turbulence, sorrow and elation. Allowing ourselves the space to feel is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves.
